Spire transportation

These quests have to be done for each of the six spires. There is a scroll near the spire that will give you the quest. In Commonlands it is opposite the spire from the shard npc. You then take the quest into the npc in the mage academy in NFP and the tower in SQ. They will give you the two spells, one for a local group and one for a raid friend or ally.

it looks like we can only do this for Antonica, Commonlands and Greater Faydark.

You also need to buy a special stone from the trainer to be able to use the spell (30s per stone, stack of 50 is 15g)
